From Church support groups to goal oriented teams.  Facilitating a small group requires self-awareness, listening, empathy, persuasion, self-regulation as well as a variety of organizational skills.

My experience ranges small groups in Church settings, Regnum Christi teams as well as work teams.  I have been enriched with the use of Adizes methodology as well as YPO Forum methodology.
